Hi, my name is Don-Tay and I am a 15-year-old boy currently living at a boys group home. I consider myself a nice kid who has had some difficult life circumstances. I am well-spoken and considerate of other peoples  feelings. I currently attend South Kingston High School and am doing fairly well. I try hard in class and I do ask for help when I need it, inside and outside of the classroom. I even help some of my teachers. In gym class I help the teacher show some of the other students how do do a chest pass or make a lay-up correctly. If it was my choice, I would like to live with a family in or around the South Kingston area, but I am flexible. I have many friends and people seem to care about me once they get to know me. I am very helpful around the house and do extra chores and such without expecting anything in return. I am very organized and I am currently looking for a job, even though I'm only 15. I am a very giving person and I frequently give advice to my cousin who lives nearby, and I'm very supportive of him and can be relied upon. I like all sorts of animals, but especially care about dogs, cats, and birds. I'm very empathic for others. At the group home I consider myself a role model and I am frequently on the highest level. I help my peers when they are having difficulties and offer them advice if they are willing to listen. I consider the kids there to be friends even though I have only lived there for a short period of time. I am really looking for a family to live with that would be supportive of me in good times and bad. If a family had the opportunity to meet me I feel that they would immediately like me because of my outgoing personality and positive outlook on life. I always see the positive side of people. I have many varied interests. I like to play a lot of different sports, but my favorite is basketball. I enjoy watching TV at times, but also enjoy reading books. I like mysteries and Japanese comic books. I build models and I am currently building a Spanish Galleon, from the 1700's. I like to play video games every now and then, but I am not consumed by them and only play for a few minutes a day. I look forward to meeting any and all families that would like to get to know a great kid who is looking for a caring family to live with.
