Creative, bright, social, talkative and having a great sense of humor are many ways one will describe Austin.  He has many interests….shooting hoops, reading, watching Star Wars and playing video games.  Austin enjoys being outside and wishes to have a family he can bike ride with.  One of his wishes is to have his own bike, something he has never had.  As most children do, Austin thrives with having one on one attention.  Austin is doing very well academically and enjoys school.  He works well with other kids his age.  This summer her won a gold medal for good sportsmanship and good teamwork.  He likes the color blue and SpongeBob is one of his favorite characters.  Austin enjoys eating macaroni and cheese and any flavor of ice cream except for pistachio! When I asked Austin what he wishes for, he states “I wouldn’t wish for anything because I should be thankful for what I’ve got.”  Austin has many reasons to not trust and it will take time for him to feel he can be safe.  Austin will thrive in a family that can provide consistency in his daily routine and consequences.  Also, an active family that can provide him a lifetime full of childhood memories!
