| Directions to Adoption Rhode Island 500 Prospect Street Pawtucket, RI From Rt. 95 North (Providence area): Take the School Street exit (exit #28). Turn right at bottom of ramp onto School Street. Follow School Street for 1 mile as it takes a sharp curve to the left and up an incline. At the first light at the top of the incline, take a left onto Prospect Street. We are located at 500 Prospect Street, several hundred feet up on the right side of the road (several blocks before Memorial Hospital). from Rt. 95 south (Attleboro area): Take exit 27, continue to first available left turn. Proceed over highway and turn left again immediately over bridge. Continue to traffic light at on-ramp for 95 North. At this light take right and then immediate left at next traffic light (approximately 1/2 block). Cross Division Street Bridge and bear right onto School Street at top of hill. Follow School Street for 1 mile as it takes a sharp curve to the left and up an incline. At the first light at the top of the incline, take a left onto Prospect Street.
